Responsibilities include conducting research and gathering data to pinpoint areas for improvement in the certification process, as well as participating in testing and quality assurance to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

The role also involves assisting in the development of documentation and training materials to support end-users in adopting the new systems. Additionally, the individual will work with cross-functional teams to integrate Covalent into existing systems and processes, ensuring smooth functionality. Supporting other training-related activities, such as workshops, troubleshooting, and user guidance, is also part of the role. Success in this position requires strong technical, analytical, and collaborative skills to enhance workflows, drive process improvements, and support training initiatives. Potential involvement in gamification for our onboarding program.
